price for young entrepreneurs (OÖ Jungunternehmerpreis).

DI Christian Häubl received the Young Scientist Award 2009 of Nordrhein-Westfalen
for his Master thesis "Optimized Strings for the Java Hotspot VM".

Dr. Christian Wimmer received the Award of Excellence
from the Austrian Ministery of Science for his PhD thesis with the title
Automatic Object Inlining in a Java Virtual Machine. The price
was offered for the top 30 Austrian PhD theses in 2008.

DI Thomas Würthinger received a price from VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure)
for his Master thesis "Visualization of Program Dependence Graphs".
